      - The most ambitious group of people I have ever worked with - Very team oriented - a true meritocracy - It's so rewarding knowing your work is being used to make a real impact - Nothing in life can replicate what I have learned working here - Management is super transparent - Growing very fast

      - Typical startup - lots of work to do. - Located near freeway but bay area traffic leaves a lot to be desired

      Pros

      Up and coming start up. This place is growing like crazy. We have added over 40 employees in the last year and we are still growing. If you want to get in early so you can advance up in your career than this is the place to be. Tons of room for promoting. The earlier you get in here the better.

      Cons

      We do work a good amount of hours but that is pretty standard for a start up. The atmosphere is so exciting the longer hours do not seem that long. This is a place to build a career not just have a job.
