- opportunity to learn and grow in areas you're interested in - active and health conscious office (gym in the middle of work area!) - transparency and clarity around organization mission and progress - celebratory culture focused on driving results - amazing, intelligent staff with character, intensity and humor - experience rapid growth with the company and within yourself

Cons

- longer hours, you're never truly on vacation - one location, which makes for tough commutes if you don't live close by

Great environment. Steep learning curve but in the best way. I've gained more applicable knowledge than in any other job before. Opportunities are endless. Founder is an inspiration to all and the management team has great feedback and information that helps each employee personally. Free lunches, massages...and the best coworkers in the world

-Fast growing start-up: means lots of opportunity for growth -Dress code: whatever you're most comfortable working in, whatever you wore to the gym that morning, whatever you're going to work out in later. -Gym in the middle of the office -Everyone is easy to talk to and will help you in any way they can to see you succeed -Feels like working with a big family full of the coolest, funniest, kindest, and smartest people you've ever met.

Cons

-Because everyone is so smart and driven, you do have to learn and grow at an incredibly fast pace -Growing pains: often feels understaffed -work/life balance can be tough, but you should know this going into the role. With that said, there is no one else in the world I would rather work this much with.
