They are fraud and scammers!
Pros
Somewhat the pay range is good but everything is completely a mess.
Cons
They just up and fired half of the company not even half a day after AEP which was Dec 8th. They didn’t even communicate with us what and why we are being fired. Turned off all access to our accounts. And logged us out. Then on top of that sent a form saying they will pay us our full wages and PTO and everything we had prior to being fired and BOOM here it is DEC 15th when I’m supposed to get paid and I didn’t even get my full check nothing they promise to give I worked 110 hrs and got 20 hrs of pay and I didn’t even get my PTO as well. Then I find out they fired most of us for sale as but they are the ones who didn’t want to buy leads and turned them off for most of us who’s been there for years and was making good sales. It was horrible and they will be soon having a class action lawsuit against them because I have been screenshotting everything since I started working there. All the drama random layoffs messed up checks lies they told turned off leads harassment from management and upper management. Scams from the CEO. They literally have switch us VPs like 20 times. Rearranged everything everytime we got a new VP made it difficult to even do what they ask. You don’t advance even if you want too or even deserve too. They don’t even shout-out people who actually deserve to be shouted out. They got more management then employees now.
