Pros
Health IQ is a company with an amazing mission, reward those who take care of their health. This company is a clear disrupter in their space, and in the early part of their life cycle with tons of growth opportunities. The leadership team is incredible, very talented with a lot of experience in the industry which is going to catapult this company.
Cons
I don't consider it to be a con, but its very fast paced, and much of what we are doing is in build mode. For those seeking out a company that is "already there", this would not be an ideal environment. But those who are seeking to contribute to the future of a company and leave their finger prints all over their work, this is a great opportunity.
