I joined 4 months ago and feel like i am empowered to help make changes for the better. The leadership team allows free flow of ideas and concerns. While not every idea is accepted, it is always heard out and discussed. Great health benefits. Great potential for personal wealth generation for your hard work. everyone benefits from the company's growth. It is a great time to be at HealthIQ and its evolution. I am very happy and excited to have made this move in my career. If you're looking for a great company and are open to work hard and drive this company through exponential growth, then this is a place for you.

Cons

Work hard does require some time to work long hours. But the reward for that effort is rewarded.

Honestly, it’s an exciting time to join before the height of their success (we will only continue to grow from here). The people are encouraging and ambitious. I am honored to be a part of HIQ, personally! If you are top talent, don’t let the reviews scare you - they are misplaced and it depends entirely on your team/department. I’m really glad I didn’t let the reviews scare me. It was the right decision to join. Plus, you cannot beat the incredible healthcare benefits.

Cons

Care packages would be nice. We also work primarily on slack rather than email. That is a huge con to some and a huge pro to others.
