Pros

Great people! It really is a second home, which is nice for people who have relocated. I also really like the health conscious, startup vibe. I feel like I'm a part of something really unique. There also seems to be a lot of opportunity for growth within the company. If you want something here, you can have it!

Cons

It's really long hours. It's pretty unspoken, so you can make it an 8 hour day. But realistically it takes long days and extra time on the weekends to get the job done. Lastly, I'd say that change in both processes and workload tend to be rolled out pretty quickly, before things have really been fine tuned, so things change again once the process is improved. But that's just the nature of a startup, you have to keep up!

Pros

The people here are incredibly smart, talented, and driven, starting with our CEO, Munhal Shah, who embodies the best leadership you've ever experienced. We are a startup, and we work hard like a startup, but we have a great time doing it. It's fun to be part of a team that cares so much about hitting our targets, which we always do. We get in-office massages, free lunches, and a daily paid workout break. I don't know what I would do if I had to go back to the collared-shirt and khakis corporate world.

Cons

The only drawback to working here is that we work long hours. But the office atmosphere is so fun that it makes working hard fun. On Fridays, we frequently have little in-office celebrations at the end of the long work week.

Pros

Fast growth, nice and fun people

Cons

Standard but below average benefit package compare to the companies in the bay area. - 14 days PTO (standard), but no day off on some national holidays (such as Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, etc) - No 401k match - High health insurance deductible. only basic dental insurance, basically you will have to pay out of your own pocket other than teeth cleaning
