Pros

It's definitely one of the most positive environments I've been apart of in a work setting thus far. The management team is helpful, positive and attentive. If we have a question, they are also fairly prompt with responding and quite knowledgeable. The commission structure is great and the opportunities for growth within the company seems to be quite promising since it's a newer company with plans of expansion.

Cons

The 30 minute lunch break is quite an adjustment for most of us but there are two 15 minute breaks in addition to that. Also, there's some growing pains with the company, so sudden change is inevitable as the company is building.
