Pros

They offer some decent benefits and if you limit it to a seasonal position, such as AEP or OEP then it should be okay. Working here full time year round is not something I would recommend.

Cons

The company is changing a lot and not a fan of the changes. Seems to be a lot of micromanaging and constant reminder they are going public soon, any time they make a change. Honestly not a fan of the marketing they use or the way they promote certain products. Very misleading in a lot of ways.

The company is changing a lot because we are growing. Not everyone can adjust to change. We don't ask for fake 5 star reviews. Obviously if we did you would see more of them on here, right??? All we ask is to share your honest thoughts and feedback. Sorry but it seems you misunderstood the intent.

Great health benefits. That’s about it

Cons

They lie about conversion and how much the average person sells They tell you the average agent makes 90k but look at my sales team you will be lucky to break 60. Conversion rate averages 3-5% not 3-5 sales a day like they pitch The are unorganized They are so disorganized some employees disappear for weeks before it’s noticed.
