The environment itself is cool but as far as the managers and supervisors, they promise promotions and never fulfill them no matter how hard you work or how much time you dedicate to the company. Even if you do get promoted, your pay doesn't go up, they just add more hours onto your workload and call it a pay raise. They don't care about the employees as much as they say they do, you can just tell that they see you as a dollar sign and lure you in with all of the free amenities they offer employees. Once you're in, they exploit you, make you work tons of hours on very little pay and just keep adding more and more work onto you with no raise in pay whatsoever. When you bring it up to management, all they say is "I will bring it up to my supervisor." and never actually do. I do not recommend working here unless you are okay with being exploited. Advice for Management: Stop exploiting your employees. This company makes more than enough money to pay your employees what they actually deserve. Stop making false promises of promotions to make us take on more of a workload and never deliver. When you add more work onto the work that we originally signed up for, raise the pay. Stop being greedy and selfish.

They lie about conversion and how much the average person sells They tell you the average agent makes 90k but look at my sales team you will be lucky to break 60. Conversion rate averages 3-5% not 3-5 sales a day like they pitch The are unorganized They are so disorganized some employees disappear for weeks before it’s noticed.
