No work/life balance Expected to work 10-12 a day. 10 Hours minimum and was required

Thank you for your feedback. We previously had 10 hours schedules with overtime in this team but did change them to 8 hour schedules earlier this year.

I joined 4 months ago and feel like i am empowered to help make changes for the better. The leadership team allows free flow of ideas and concerns. While not every idea is accepted, it is always heard out and discussed. Great health benefits. Great potential for personal wealth generation for your hard work. everyone benefits from the company's growth. It is a great time to be at HealthIQ and its evolution. I am very happy and excited to have made this move in my career. If you're looking for a great company and are open to work hard and drive this company through exponential growth, then this is a place for you.

Cons

Work hard does require some time to work long hours. But the reward for that effort is rewarded.
