Pros

The individual contributors are smart, talented people. (I just encourage you to work with them elsewhere)

Cons

Health IQ has swayed to the givings of profit over people/process. They will do *whatever* it takes to meet stated goals. This is especially apparent as they consistently have employees working off the clock in order to meet sales goals, case management goals, or other KPI's that need attention. For a company that is striving to change the industry, they should remember to keep the basic morals/ethics in place that have established the true game changers of the world.

Thank you for your feedback. Negative comments are par for the course within sales organizations, especially for those employees that don't meet their goals. Glassdoor should be considered as part of anyone's discovery of any new position. For every employee that leaves, more than four stays, which is why we are continuously adapting our hiring and screening processes. We cherish feedback from our employees, even those that leave; and especially with less than a year of tenure. Cultural and environmental fit is imperative, as well as a glimpse of the job so candidates themselves can evaluate the opportunity in realtime. It's our goal to provide the best possible employee experience for the long term.

Pros

Work from home environment. Good medical benefits if you are single.

Cons

Fast moving company which is missing a lot of processes. High turnover. Employees are considered as a commodity , which is creating a lot of stress and fear.

High growth companies do tend to move quickly. Turnover is actually slightly below industry. Hours during AEP are now 55 hrs.
