There is so much opportunity for growth. I joined this company just because of this exact reason. I feel valued and appreciated. My opinions and feedback matter. I feel like I can make a difference daily. Love my job and the company so far!

Cons

With a company growing as fast as HiQ there will always be some cons but everyone is always open to suggestions and feedback on how to make it better.

Pros

They offer some decent benefits and if you limit it to a seasonal position, such as AEP or OEP then it should be okay. Working here full time year round is not something I would recommend.

Cons

The company is changing a lot and not a fan of the changes. Seems to be a lot of micromanaging and constant reminder they are going public soon, any time they make a change. Honestly not a fan of the marketing they use or the way they promote certain products. Very misleading in a lot of ways.

Working from home is convenient

Cons

You're lucky if you make $1000 in commission after taxes. Do not believe anything they say about what you'll make. You make $15 - $17 an hour and poor commission bonuses.
