Pros

Fun culture. Got games, competitions, month-end, and quarter-end parties. Open salary practice.

Cons

Highly political. Except Natasha Ishak's team. She is good. Unsensible KPIs. No transparency. Top-down management approach. Not as meritocratic as they claim to be.

Pros

difficult to say if i could give less than 1* i would

Cons

'leaders' are clueless - they honestly think hays is the best place to work but have never worked anywhere else it's actually really bizarre like they have been brainwashed - all senior leaders are married/romantically involved so good luck progressing - the business model at hays is to take advantage of people (especially young) that don't know any better - I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a job in recruitment as hays only care about money/sufficing shareholders, there are much better companies to work for - also fired everyone in the wake of the pandemic and only backtracked and furloughed people because it would've been a PR disaster - then made redundancies down the line anyway even though furlough was still available which was a disgusting way to treat people in the peak of the pandemic Not to mention they are the worst payers in the industry, directors (if you can even call them that) are on £40k Do not bother wasting your time and joining hays because if you do you just won't get anywhere (unless you sleep with people actually) even if you have ability they will just see you as a threat i could actually go on for ages but dont want to waste anymore of my time
