Pros

Worked with some great people when I first joined who realized things were going downhill and left.

Cons

Currently managed by some monkeys who dont have a clue on what theyr doing. Dumping all the costs into CAPEX from OPEX is not reducing the overheads. A bunch of con artists currently running the company into the ground and milking it for everything its worth.

Pros

The best place about here is the great colleague (Depends on which desk you get) Good place to learn for fresh grads and for people who can't land a job easily. Flexibility like WFH one day after 6 month probation (Also depends on Manager. HR and Legal desk WFH days are almost non-existent) They have unlimited coffee supply, Vending machines is equipped with a lot of snacks. Every friday is beer-o-clock where you will get unlimited free flow of beer/gin and alcoholic drinks.

Cons

Turnover rate is very high and employee retention rate is basically zero Very KPI focused and high target billings of 50k per month If you don't have billings for the months you will need to hit 100BD 60CV 20IVC 10 Meeting 10 Interview every month without fail or else your will be put into PIP program Currently undergoing restructuring. Company is trying to cut cost by a lot of different ways and reducing the commission payout. GT - 2.2k Researcher - 3.7k Associate Consultant - 4,3k Consultant 5.5k Senior Consultant 7.7k (Salary base is the same but comms is different) They never mentioned about threshold so you need to bill 20k and above to actually get commission and 20k is not easy in this current job market Some managers are very strict and will put you in a lot of pressure. Basically its very Western culture where the Malay here will drink alcohol so if you are very religious this place is not for you.
