Horrible Company

Pros

While the company does offer a hybrid work model, I personally felt there was some stigma attached to working from home. In my opinion, it was frustrating and didn’t align with the flexibility they advertised.

Cons

This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever worked for. The workplace culture is absolutely toxic. I noticed an overall lack of professionalism and heard rumours of personal relationships that seemed to blur the lines between work and personal life, which I found deeply unsettling. It's clear that many employees are miserable, trapped in jobs they don't know how to escape. The turnover rate is the highest I've seen at any company, and working here will drain you completely. From the bottom of my heart, I urge you not to waste your time with this place.
