Pros

Great team Good people in the office Good rewards for hard work Good potential for progression Great opportunities Clearly a higher class recruitment company compared to the competition

Cons

It is a really long day, an hours lunch should be encouraged to be spent away from the desk. I think 5.30 would be ok to leave

Thank you for your feedback - I am glad you're enjoying your time with Hays as an associate recruitment consultant. Unfortunately working long hours are very common in recruitment especially when you first start in our business because you are building your business within ours. We do know it pays off though as you would have seen around you so I look forward to hearing about your promotion to consultant, senior consultant and beyond. Jenna Alexander
