Pros

Great training scheme. Perfect for new recruiters. Advice:If looking in London, Cheapside (Private Sector) is a much better location to work from than Ebury (Public Sector).

Cons

Senior management can be petty. Treat staff who choose to leave very poorly, banning them from incentives etc. One of the reasons why I wanted to leave. Pay is lower than competing agencies. Base salary for associate consultant is £5000 less than Michael Page and Reed.

Pros

Good training (for the sector, could be better). Good benefits Regional coverage International opportunities Some innovative products such as the digital section.

Cons

Suffers from the same issues as most recruitment companies: can be extremely KPI-focused and short-termist at times. Work-life balance poor (par for the sector however). High turnover, skill-base / commitment to most markets relatively low.
