Global company with some excellent and inspirational leaders

Pros

Great training ground. Offers excellent development opportunities -especially opportunity to work internationally. A really credible business that drives you to be an experts. Knowledge tools such as journal and indicator are great.

Cons

For every inspirational leader there is an opposite and can often be a case of if the face fits in some departments rather than capability and potential. Salaries not strongest in market place

Cons

You'll never earn decent commission unless you're a top biller Low basic salary Your just a number in a seat Difficult to specialise in any area, as its a generalist agency
