      Pros

      You must always start your career here. This will give get you working on interesting problems on cloud scale and also with nice technology stack to keep you awake everyday to learn something new. All youths around will energise you all day long and the organisation has the best culture fit. You will always be reminded to have fun frequently.

      Not that I can think of.

      Good company for freshers

      Pros

      - Tech team is really good - Employees friendly management - flexible working hours - good food - open work culture - Design team is really cool and very talented

      Cons

      - North Indians dominated - HR team is highly unprofessional - rapid change of technologies makes learning difficult and degrades quality development - too much salary discrimination

      Pros

      good workplace, cool people around , free food , team outing ,a fun filled environment to work in.

      Cons

      hectic work sometimes demanding more than 10 hrs a day.

      Agreed on the hectic part. This is a fact in delivery. For customer success, we need to go above and beyond expectations sometimes. I am happy that you raised it along with a 5 star rating! Having said that, we do try to have sports nights, poker nights, open house on Fridays etc. to keep work load balanced in general, if not everyday.
