Thank you for sharing your positive feedback on our fun-filled and technology-driven work culture, which are our core values too. About the cons, our salary structure is competitive. However, will take this as the feedback to make the salary structure clearer. Agreed, our evaluation process is a little complex, as we consider 360-degree feedback & tech showcase instead of just the manager feedback as done in other organizations. For creating an environment of learning and growth, we are only one of the handful companies to do the performance evaluation twice a year instead of annual one, which I am sure you would have liked in HashedIn :)

About the salary, we might not be a paymaster but we are definitely better than the market standards, infact, as per independent audit report done lately, it came out that our pay scale is much higher than many of the MNCs. Would be eager to hear about the unprofessional experience with my HR team. Please share that via email to us as that will help in serving our hashers better.
