Pass if you are looking for fairness
Pros
A lot of free food, the employees that have been there forever are nice, and hard working.
Cons
Unless you are a man, the manager isn't available, which is odd because she is a female. Often times you will be at the front counter dealing with hostile customers and when you ask for help, the manager is having lunch with all of the male staff. Forget about training opportunities, or recruitment trips. Those are reserved for the manager and male staff. When they get back they brag about how drunk they got with the manager or the outings they did paid by the company. The conversations they have at work sound like a frat house, not an office space. I have heard a lot of others say that they have gone to HR for the same issues, but it goes nowhere.
