      Good co workers. Management team usually listens and makes wise decisions. Pay rates in salaried positions are generally competitive. There are many opportunities to advance or make lateral moves.

      Cons

      Harry and David is so seasonal that November and December frequently require extremely long hours. Sometimes the organization is stuck in very deep ruts and is unable to adapt quickly or at all.
