This is in an international company and you are able to converse with colleagues across the globe.

Cons

The training I received was horrible. Management will pressure you to complete over 140 hours of training that is not relevant to your job. When it comes to doing your job there is no clear expectation of what information you should know so that you can complete tasks effectively and efficiently- Because of this lack of ledership costly mistakes are made. The culture leaves much to be desired- people work looking over their shoulder because someone is always reAdy to throw someone under the bus.
