Pros

Some co workers were knowledgeable and helpful

Cons

They are not family oriented. They don’t lead by example and no advancement. Bonuses are straight across the board. Not based on merit like they say. No incentive to give 110%

Pros

Having spent many years in Hapag-Lloyd, have seen the company grow steadily and have experienced the company in good times and bad times, Ever since formation of the QSC at Mumbai, the working at Hapag-lloyd has been a different experience altogether. We have a very vibrant and efficient HR team, lead by the very able and capable Ms Swati Pillai. Over the last two years, the employees have noticed a constant improvement in the working conditions, with the HR team working tirelessly in the background to provide additional trainings, better facilities at work, employee friendly work atmosphere, and a lot of fun activities bundled in with the numerous training sessions that is designed to cover each and every employee of the company. With the sheer size of the QSC team, which has grown manifold since inception, it would seem a daunting task to ensure that each and every employee is trained well in various spheres covering work and personality growth, however all this was planned and executed so seamlessly and so smoothly by the HR team that ensured that there was no hiccups during the various training sessions and also the fun activity sessions. Minute attention was accorded to the smallest of things like the tea we drink to the office décor and recreation facilities for the staff to feel at home while at work, not only did this allow for better productivity at work, but also created a happier team of workers who were ever willing to contribute more to the company.

Cons

Hapag-Lloyd being a force to reckon with, can be compared with the best in the industry, and it seems very probable that Hapag-Lloyd will outshine its competitors in terms of service, and a as being a wonderful place to work in. No negative points come to mind for this ever vibrant and growing company.
