      Benefits + 401k match are good

      Cons

      Everyone should be terrified to work here. Restructuring AGAIN leading to major losses across tons of teams. Lots of these teams are in the middle of major tool migrations as well so it's an interesting timing for sure.. You will never feel job security here as I have been apart of multiple restructuring efforts and have finally been affected. Ticking time bomb to work here. They will not value your efforts nor care about your career. They will blindly create problems with failed restructure efforts and blame it on teams being dysfunctional or siloed when in reality, its the upper management that is highly dysfunctional,

      - great brands - great teams - marketers very keen to progress and learn - there is a genuine team achievement spirit - many leaders are good

      Cons

      - the restructuring story repeats itself every two years with more chaos. Roles eliminated with no explanation why. No transparency on how tge new structure looks like. No clarity on impact of the whole team. Everything is treated in silos. With no information the counterpropsals have no chance. New roles can be applied to but no clarity on overall timeline of the process or how the process looks like. - restructuring leaves behind not only families with no income. They leave behind a traumatized workforced which does not trust its leadership. - getting work done over the first months of 2026 was difficult as the organisation was ‘frozen’. People did not know if they shoukd engage in projects or look for a job.

      Another heartless restructure from out of touch management... otherwise great

      - The people are great - The work is interesting - Work/life balance is totally achievable

      Cons

      - Upper management completely out of touch - No obvious progression options - Cannot stop doing totally mismanaged restructures presented as 'really exciting', resulting in stagnation for the entire first half of this year and totally despondent employees
