- the restructuring story repeats itself every two years with more chaos. Roles eliminated with no explanation why. No transparency on how tge new structure looks like. No clarity on impact of the whole team. Everything is treated in silos. With no information the counterpropsals have no chance. New roles can be applied to but no clarity on overall timeline of the process or how the process looks like. - restructuring leaves behind not only families with no income. They leave behind a traumatized workforced which does not trust its leadership. - getting work done over the first months of 2026 was difficult as the organisation was ‘frozen’. People did not know if they shoukd engage in projects or look for a job.
