Really Lean!!

Pros

Company is dedicated to Lean Principles. This was a good growth experience. Pay is reasonable. The people there are great. I enjoyed working with them even in difficult circumstances.

Cons

The company is under-resourced (people and systems) which makes for a stressful work environment. Hach quality systems are the worst that I have ever seen. Solving problems is very difficult as there is little data that can be trusted.

Can be very demanding culture. Have to buy in and be willing to give it all you have.

Good place to work in Nothern Colorado but not to build a career

Pros

Nothern Colorado is a great place to live and Hach offers flexible schedules, good pay, great benefits, and a place to learn a lot about the business world. A lot of very smart people working in this building! If you put your mind to it you can learn a lot.

Cons

Opportunitites for career advancement are reserved to a few selected MBAs and there is not a real process for talent management. Some departments are doing better than other but still not a real process.
