Great people at lower levels, but fear-driven leadership

Very good people at all the lower levels from Sales, Admins, M1 leaders, HR, some district managers.

Cons

Constant changes to President role, VPs and restructuring in the 5 years there over 3 different Presidents and each one came in with a different agenda only to leave. Particular VP of Service leads by fear, old school style and only those that play nice with him stick around. Never attempt to disagree or challenge him. Everyone knows the entire department is full of Yes people catering to him because they fear him.

incredible benefits with company car etc. A company that cares about employees. Good work / life balance. Hach is the gold standard but also very expensive.

Cons

middle management issues at times that makes it hard to get the correct issues resolved. Typical large corporation issues

flexible with working remote, amazing training, especially by Karen McFarland

Cons

hard to go from temp to permanent. bonuses talked about during hiring process, but they were very low, almost not worth it. not great upper management but my direct supervisors and managers were AMAZING.
