Pros
It's a job, they provide Flex hours in some areas and medical benefits. If you mind your peas and "Qs" you can a long career with them.
Cons
The management is top heavy and are the only ones with a true career with the company. Kaizens are a joke especially when the director steps in and saids he doesn't care what anyone has to say this is the way it is going to happen or there is the door.
