Lots of work pressure, Dont recognition of actual performer,a front line sales person.In India operting system is wrost whether it is account or service. Company just want money just business.Dont care for employees.Just want KPI number to be achieved. Management dont have any long term goal.They just want get numbers.

Despite great margins and performance, company is run extremely lean. Very limited resources available, often underfunded projects, and recurring cost cutting exercises. While it can be great being part of a successful organization, the focus on squeezing out every last cent of waste takes some of the fun out of the work environment. While there's not much negative politics, senior leaders seem more focused on managing up rather than down.
