Pros
Great people in my department and the others we worked most closely with. The company culture was very good too, nearly everyone was willing to help with projects, and most things had a good process. More often than not, people and departments were focused on solutions and how to be ready for whatever may come next.
Cons
I think training (for customers and employees) could have been valued higher. Sometimes communication across teams could get lost leading to some frustration. It was usually resolved, but time was lost.
