Hach is a great company! The spin off to Veralto has been positive and we have a great deal of leadership support from the parent company. The Hach leadership team is fresh and driving the company in the right direction. As we continue to grow, there will be new and exciting opportunities. From an IT perspective, we are making significant changes to the infrastructure that are extremely positive and enabling the company to continue growing the right way. The business is on board from the top down. The company President is very positive and enabling IT and business to do this the right way. Hach is positioned to continue growing and performing well in the future. Benefits are amazing and pay is fair for the market. I'm very happy I joined the team 6 months ago.
Cons
Health insurance is great, but pricey. I would love to see the cost come down, but I also know that insurance rates have skyrocketed. Lots of options to pick from, so you can find whatever you need.
