In the end, Hach is still a large company in a larger corporation and decisions people make are sometimes best for the shareholders but not for the employee. Recent repeated turnover at the top has created uncertainty in leadership. With tight privacy policies, we never know why someone quit or was fired.

Frequent restructuring where people pose their jobs. I have never seen so many managers, directors, and VPs in a company before. They should let go some of them and pay their operations and service/customer service staff better. Maybe don’t run so lean that little things have a such a huge negative impact on the teams.
