It's a good company with a lot of fantastic people.

Cons

The pay is low and we are continually told "it's not it the budget". I work more hours than I actually clock in for so I can effectively get my job done.. It shouldn't be part time - it requires fulltime hours, but because my job doesn't bring in money, it isn't valued the same.
