      Pros

      Great Training, good pay and professional. Good grounding to move into any other sales based/ customer service job

      Cons

      Some managers will micro manage, but that is not the company's fault. My manager was excellent by the way.

      - very nice colleagues - nice work atmosphere - flat hierarchies - great extras (events, fitness, holiday time)

      Cons

      - quite old fashioned compared to other companies in the fashion industry
