      Great discount on most products

      Cons

      No support from supperiors. Lower pay than what competitors offer. Poorly set up company structure with unclear expectations and terrible communication. No accountability. Clear and open favouritism within ranks.

      Pros

      I love working here and the only reason why I quit if they change from a commission-based to a salary base. Everything else was amazing.

      Slow to make any amount of Change.
