No one listen your problem,you are on your own. In RBWM they hire full stack developers,developers and give them PRODUCTION SUPPORT work.

-Some toxic old school managers are allowed to persist in the business unchallenged, particularly in branch and operational areas such as Payments -You are at the mercy of your Line Manager -HR is ineffective

Decent salary.. but of no use if there is no job satisfaction

Cons

Do low level stuff, which if u don’t realise takes your career backwards . They keep reducing work force... they suddenly start hiring.. only if you have good connections within can you survive.. only internal politics
