Pros

- Ok benefits - Some (not all) people are nice - Chill and relaxed atmosphere

Cons

- Some co-workers are very difficult to work with. Especially the ones that have been in the company for a long time, and will mock you and give you a hard time when you need help or advice - You are thrown into the deep end on day one, and not given much help - Poor documentation everywhere, you will literally pull your hair out to find information and find out what team can assist you - Senior management doesn't care about you or your team unless there is an issue that would make them in trouble, only then they will assist - Things are very very slow-moving - Hesitant to move to the cloud - Since there is not much help from others and team-members on how to do things and gain information, you often feel like breaking down - No team/company vision passed down, and as a result, morale is very low - Very lazy and useless people, that are freeloaders. Give them a task or ask, they never do it, or come up with excuses to not do it, and get a free paycheck
