Pros

Attractive base salary & half yearly bonus

Cons

Poor management, line managers (at some branch) are unwilling to stand up for their coworkers when they are facing difficulties. Very long working hours, although part of the overtime allowance will be given, but it was not given at most of the times.

Pros

So much to do. Time passes quickly. Good co-workers. So much to learn. Christmas parties. Recognition.

Cons

So much to do. Pay is okay but it is a stepping stone towards becoming a Financial Advisor.
