Pros

Sometime finish early, depending on location.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked. Management are constantly an issue, they don't listen to you and constantly quote procedures, despite not following them themselves.

Pros

extra leaves arrangement work life balance. Overall culture and structure of the company are actually good. I went to few places , so far the branch managers I met they are quite caring to their workers and some mentors are supportive at work place. Academic trainers at the beginning are amazing. They are really helpful, and knowledgeable.

Cons

depends on branches. few branches staff turn over is comparatively high. some particular are hard to get along, simple tasks can become unreasonably demanding and unfair if you are not their buddy.
