they always try to find ways to cut your salary either by timesheet or by sapcience hours not completed or by any other reason in last 1 years (12 months), 7 months pay slips i got 50% salary only and they then return it later after a long time and we have to fight a lot employee are working hard to earn money and they deduct it like there is cut off date for salary and the date is random you gets an email near 19-23 of ecah month to fill timesheet of that day that day ia always sat or sund u dont check email and then you dont fill timesheet and they cut your salary for remaining days if your are working from home, and if manager delays approving WFH or dont do by cut off date, they cut your salary eve during Covid pandemic Sapeince hours: every day 9 hours and to do this we have to sit 12-13 hours, because if you are even internet surfing, sapeience checks you are ideal also if you are going out for 2 min sapience checks and dont count it in 9 hours... so if not 9 hours, they deduct your salary. Very bad management and very bad HR. very bad means very very very very bad HR and management. All HR are on leave whenver we call them and if it is urgent then they start shouting like unprofessional people. on LWD, they dont give relieving letter, when we call HR, they say we are on leave dont call us. 0% hike in last 5 years of mine my exp figure > my ctc figure They are opening centers in sri lanka, Australia and growing and deducting salary from emp, not giving hike, thats why ther are growing... Never join, never join and never join HCL can not be comparable to other IT service companies like infy tcs ibm HCL is not in that category, so if you have even offer from a small CMM level 3 company pl join that company not HCL 3 months notice period, no concessions even I am on bench, also I had personal emergencies

1) HR are just a bunch of puppets. They does not know anything and are there for show, they are probably reading off scripts during your orientation. When you need them, they will take months to give you an answer and loop their whole entire village into email and still nobody will know what is going on or what they should do. So much for being HR, 2) They keep encouraging you to speak up during meeting but when they screw something up, they went missing in action. Your so called manager will not reply your email, will not reply you on messenger chats, will not even attend the meeting scheduled by them and leave you hanging there. And no explanation will be given to you . 9 our of 10 meetings are cancelled due to personal matters on a working day. 3) Contract - Beware when you sign your contract. DO NOT BELIEVE everything written there. They will tell you that you are entitled to certain company benefits and bonus but when the time comes, they will release email on how well the company is doing, even made it to forbes #30 position BUT cant pay you bonus. They will come and tell you crap like you dont hit certain quotas and in the first place you wont know what quotas and what is the target because meeting always cancelled and manager always missing in action. 4) Most company benefits even on their mobile application are only applicable to employees in India. Even credit cards application. So if you are not an employee from india, basically there is no point reading the benefit and perks page, none of those perks are for you. 5) Exit clearance - They will hold your pay for a month and your exit clearance will still not be cleared even when you returned your laptop and pass and everything. They will not explain to you why it is not cleared and your pay, i pray you get it eventually. 6) They will not participate in any of your projects but when you finally completed the work on your own, they will send a very professional looking email to demand credits to them. Mind you, they did not even attend the most basic discussion on what a particular project is about.
