Process of Appraisal is very very slow 4. No support from HR Team, neither picks up the calls nor respond to your emails. 5. Designations are just a way to please you. 6. No work life balance, people will try to extract every drop of juice within you. 7. Some Leaders are so incompetent/egoistic that they don't even know about the basic things, management, etc. 8. No new Learnings, No Growth 9. Office Spaces apart from Sec-126,127 are disgusting, you would never want to work there. 10. There is no way you can escalate any issues related to project/process/policy/HR (in short anything you can think of) to anyone, because the other person instead of taking action, goes back and spit it to your managers (& I hope you remember Pt.7)

1. be very cautious when they offer counter offer to retain you by promising retention bonus after completing one year. But after completing 1 year they will say new offer letter was not updated in system so you are not eligible for bonus. You have to fight very hard to get this amount. This happened with me and i didn't got any amount they will find some hidden clause from offer letter and will not pay you. 2. no salary hike. 3. Even if you get hike it will be delayed by 3 month from the date you get hike letter. also they will deduct your first month hike due to there junk policies. 4. All HR's treat employees as labor and talk rudely and very insulting way.
