It's so hard to work under some Indian Managers and some Indian colleagues. They tend to show off their priority and personal agendas. Sometimes they don't hesitate to humiliate others without caring about their dignity in front of all team members. They openly blame people for showing off their power and superiority. Some same-level Indian people treat other Sri Lankan colleagues as fools and useless by unnecessary interference. And also we have to sign a contract for 2 and half years. It is said that he/she has to pay 250K Rupees back to the company if resigns before the contracted time period. Provides employees with small training and assigned them to some projects that they are not interviewed wasting their hard-gained skills and knowledge. Almost nothing is true to what they say in the interview.

Disorganized last minute interview process. I interviewed with 3 people in the US including the and they all gave me the green light to get hired so I got the job offer and was told I'd have to wait for a background check to get processed with HR in India and after 5 weeks they say they didn’t have the budget to hire me. The next day they posted the same job title and similar description offering WAY MORE MONEY. What!? I have no criminal record and haven't even gotten as much as a parking ticket in years and my references are stellar so there's only one reason why they won't hire me. BECAUSE OF MY RACE. I have never been this discriminated against in a workplace setting and it was horrible. Please save yourself and stay away from this terrible company.
