I started my career with HCL as a fresher after 8 years I left this company and in conclusion I can say middle management is too dirty. They do not have common sense, immature and their internal vigilance system is third class even though I wrote a mail to whistle blower team including chairmam I haven't got a single word of apology and I was not able to feed me and my family properly even after completing 8years with this company. My experience is worst with HCL. So many times I have informed my RM but they haven't taken care of it. At last I left because my survival was getting critical day by day. It is really a worst company especially for north indian people those are working in north India.

Where do I begin? No sick days, you have to use your own PTO. You are not provided with any tools until you pay for them yourself, that's when they will reimburse you. The Job Description Says no more than 100 miles for traveling between home and site which is an outright lie. You will be micromanaged on a per-day basis. You are using your personal car to drive to these locations. High Rate of Turnover at this position. You Work 9 hours per day, but can only clock in 8, and good luck in getting a lunch break if you are not interrupted all the time by your boss and clients The training is outright laughable. Won't be allowed to get OT because you will be told the company doesn't have the budget to do so you "Be granted a day off" if that happens. Waiting to get reimbursed for everything takes weeks on end while your Bills stack up. Clients will treat you like trash. When getting a raise is outright laughable. There will be times you will be doing the work of two to four employees at the same time. They will literally hire a warm body to do the job doesnt matter if you have experience or not. Impossible deadlines to be met.
