Pros

1). cab facility. 2). 50 rs food coupon. 3). free medical insurance

Cons

Please dont join harman connected services, it is not a core harman company dont be fooled by the name its just a part of harman. 1). Hike's are worst then market standards, even if u r an exceptional performer all employees will get the same hike 1k - 2k max per month. 2). 3 months notice period, i bet you cannot switch jobs easily. 3).2 years bond for freshers 2). Roles are not explained correctly during the hiring process, you will informed that there are many cutting edge technologies, but in reality it is all in house custom software's which doesn't have any value outside. 4). No match to the job role and the work that is performed. 5). Promotions are distant stars, you will be lead if you have 13 years of experience not even a manager, can you believe it. 6) . No bonus until 3 years. 7). Higher management are the worst, no proper flow in the path that needs to be followed you are just beggars in front of them, you need to work extra hours in name buisness needs. 8). high wrk hrs 9.30 9). Almost all of them are support roles, for engineers. 10). Cannot switch to other teams, Managers wont care about your future. 11). Clients treat you like a beggars, they are the supreme for managers every control will be in their hands. 12). No onsite opportunities, in case if you have it will only after 5 years (cost cutting need to submit bills for everything) of experience i.e., rare case scenario. 13). Company is in outskirts, Traffic jam no work from home option. Guys, I made the biggest mistake in my life by joining this company, I repeat please don't think of joining this company ever. I regret why i left my old company now i am not able to switch because of 3 months notice period.

Pros

There are good people at the worker bee level that try their best to keep up.

Cons

Dinesh is a basket case and incredibly selfish. The dynamic of the Stamford "Iron Fist" paired with the top leaders of the world wide organization would surprise any of their customers. Forget being innovative, sticking up for the good guy or doing anything the right way. Cheapening products and little salary increases, while Dinesh rolls in the money. They keep expanding buildings and dividing up the teams- collaboration is little. Get ready to have projects dumped on you, doing busy work because upper leadership want you to do things 300x over or slice the data over and over. No traction to move forward, it's always about who is the big guy with the loudest bark. Glass ceiling for women, take a look at how many women are in leadership roles compared to the men. It's disgusting.
