      Pros

      The company has a lot of potential and it is expanding really fast. Culture and work environment is reasonable as what you expect from a multinational firm.

      Cons

      There is very limited career progression opportunities.

      Pros

      A growing company with a renaissance feel here. It used to be a half deentn company before. But, the management and VPs are hiring people from everywhere to imprve efficiency and morale. Lot of learning opportunity and growth here. Coming from a very big company, I see that this is were I want to be.. Extremely flexible hours, international travel (frequently), suportive managers, not much micromanaging. they are letting us figure things out without too much interference

      Some bad managers but that is it.
