* Repetitive work (basically only data entry) * No intellectual stimulation * Bonus scheme: unreasonable targets based on factors you cannot influence * Bad office environment (desks, chars/table, light, airco): open space with too much noise * No good training of new employee * The 'projects' are a joke.
