Pros

Nice and friendly people Flat organisation, value everyones opinions Free fruit

Cons

Underpaid Set salaries boundaries per role, but consistently say the salaries are based on you & your experience. They are not. Generally 'cheap' attitude toward head office staff - not valuing them for creating the products that pays for the whole business Too many people involved in decisions, messy and slow work methods Yearly salary reviews "based on you're performance", it is not it is based on the companies selling. If you're somewhere selling badly but you are over performing it will not be seen in the salary.

Pros

Great PTO Opportunity for Growth & Lateral Movement Laid Back Work Environment Great Colleagues

Cons

No Work-Life Balance- expectation is to start early, work late, and travel a lot. Very difficult to start a family and stay here. Zero Flexibility with Work Environment- no option to telecommute, even part time. Zero flexibility here even for internet-based job descriptions. Salary Not Competitive- lowest level of salary in the industry. This is across all corporate office functions, not just HR
