AL, food vouchers holiday vouchers annual review is inexistent

There is no clear strategy or vision, and employees are left feeling directionless. Career development is non-existent—there is no room to grow, and nobody in management shows any genuine interest in your professional development or evolving skills. The so-called “Great Place to Work” certificate is highly misleading and feels corrupted, as it does not reflect the reality inside the company.
