      • Parent IT company (MGTI) is notoriously bureaucratic, sometimes incompetent, and difficult to work with or get help from •Global company with offices everywhere; can be very difficult to get help from colleagues • My previous-year's bonus was revoked because I submitted a two-week notice • Most employees don't seem interested in talking to people outside their departments • Reinsurance is not a very exciting industry
